Job Function:   

Overseeing and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations and providing strategic HR support to senior leadership and manages employee relations, maintains HR information systems, and implements effective training, development, and succession planning programs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, development, training, and transitions to exiting employees.
  • Manage employee relations activities, providing support for any employee issues that arise.
  • Manage the HR information system to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensure that all HR programs and activities are implemented according to policies, processes, and guidelines. Regularly audit compliance and recommend improvements or changes as necessary.
  • Ensure all employees understand HR-related policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Ensure the succession planning program is in place and regularly reviewed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and industry regulations throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with external recruiters and agencies to manage temporary or seasonal staffing needs effectively.
  • Support and facilitate training and development programs to ensure workforce readiness and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Must have a bachelor's degree, and having a master's degree in business or related is more preferable.
  • Minium 5 years of relevant experience preferable with HR analytics, strategy, or transformation background.
  • Solid understanding of labour laws, regulations, HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in HR Software and database.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Problem solving and decision -making abilities.
