An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1.Responsible for assisting Team Manager /Senior on administrative and logistical support to the Organizational Development
2.Responsible for assisting with data collection
and reporting based on Competency transfer evaluations, surveys and up to date information
3.Assist Team Manager and Senior Staff team-specific workshops as requested by Team Manager and Task Force Leader together with teammate
4.Assist Task Force leader and HR management to design and/or facilitate succession planning initiatives/activities
5 Assist Task Force Leader to track development assignment completions
6. Provide reports as needed regarding on HR Planning matter and Taskforce activities to Task Force leader and HR management

1.Ability to build rapport with business leaders/employees
2.Ability to effectively communicate ideas, concerns, questions to subject matter experts and other stakeholders
3.Strong time management skills
4.Ability to gather clear and thorough information from employees regarding their existing accountability, task and learning needs
5.Proficiency with Microsoft office programs, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
6. Proficient in English and Myanmar Language
