  • Screen CVs and select applicants within deadline
  • Schedule interview appointments with relevant interviewers.
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Interview shortlisted applicants and record cancel or apply.
  • Report recruitment status to management weekly.
  • Record monthly new employee list in excel and report to HR management.
  • Record monthly resign and termination list and report to HR management.
  • Update and record the employee information.
  • Define employee ID numbers and conduct for on boarding process of new employee.
  • Perform other related duties and required of the Human Resources Department

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • 1 or 2 years experience in related field.
  • Certificate or diploma holder in Human Resource.
  • Full knowledge of labor laws and government rules
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and outlook mail.
  • Can work collaboratively in team.
  • Ability to effectively solve problems and make decision.
