A Big Opportunity for ...

Supervise maintenance team to make effective preventive/corrective /emergency maintenance, spare parts management system and support operation manager to organize and execute yearly maintenance plan within the manufacturing area to meet the plant ME % as per world class level.
First contact person with the supplier / external service provider for the regular maintenance, emergency trouble shooting, yearly line overhaul, spare parts communication etc. Review and approve the spare parts requisition form, manage the safety stock of the critical parts not only in the system but also on ground level.
Supervise the maintenance team to make improvement on Cost Saving Structure (EUR / WUR / Operational cost optimization / Innovation etc) within the manufacturing area. Lead the maintenance team and build the people capability to reduce external maintenance activity and speed up in house workshop for all kind of modification / innovation / optimization etc.
Build the safety culture in the maintenance team, ensure maintenance team are comply with CCPBM safety requirements. Build high GMP standards for maintenance office and maintenance workshop, meet 5S requirement. Working together with maintenance planners to do effective management of Spare Parts to optimize the inventory level and set up Critical A,B,C plan for systematic spare parts management system within the organization & also set up Systematic Preventive Maintenance program within the manufacturing area to maintain all the equipment/machinery in good condition with world class ME level.
Supervise the maintenance team to do production line overhaul, retrofit and upgrade, advise on spare parts management to optimize the inventory level as per BIG guideline. Regular performance feedback session to all the team members and coaching them to get required skills and capability within the team which can support business continuity in the manufacturing area.
Comply to organization “food safety Standards and Program”.
Follow 14 LSR (Life Safety Rule).

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Min 3 years' related experience in FMCG).
University/ Bachelor’s Degree (B-Tech, B.E – Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic).
Communicate with government on electrical supply, and meet government certification and reporting requirements.
Familiar with beverage equipment maintenance and spare parts management.
Familiar with preventative maintenance.
Extensive knowledge in Machine.
