Job Purpose:

To oversee \Network Division’s plans, performance metrics, and risk management initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. The role drives informed decision-making through in-depth analysis, facilitates effective communication across stakeholders, and supports regulatory compliance to enhance operational efficiency and business resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

• Create an annual strategy document.
• Develop one-year detail roadmaps, 3- and 5-years high level roadmaps

Analysis

• Technical analysis (advance technology and industry trends)
• SWOT analysis
• Competitor analysis
• Market analysis

Risk Management

• Control Network risk management tracker
• Administrate Network Key BCP plan

Network Divisional KPI

• Yearly divisional KPI settlement
• Manage of evidence tracker and audit files for the quarterly KPIs

Facilitate to Management

• Monthly Driver Dashboard (both online & offline)
• Facilitate to Network Townhall and Divisional KPIs announcement

Communication

• Publish a monthly technology group newsletter

Support to Regulatory Team

• Triannual report
• ITU indicator questionnaire

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in telecom engineering, at least 2 years of experience in strategy development or a similar role in the telecommunications industry.
