A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Payroll Administration

  • Manage and ensure the accurate timely processing of monthly payroll end-to-end process for all employees.
  • Validate and reconcile payroll data, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payments.                                                        
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursement and payroll-related accounting      
  • Ensure payroll records are properly maintained and secured.
  • Assists and support to Sr. HRBP for Audit related matters.

2. Taxation Compliance

  • Ensure accurate calculation and deduction of employee income tax in line with local tax egulations.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports to the relevant authorities. 
  • Keep updated with changes in tax laws and ensure immediate application where relevant.                                                                  

3. Social Security Board (SSB)

  • Ensure timely enrollment, updates, and termination of employees in the SSB system.
  • Submit monthly SSB contributions and coordinate with Finance for payment processing.

4. Employee Communication & Support

  • Act as a key contact point for employee payroll, tax, leave, and SSB inquiries.                                                                                                                                                       
  • Provide clear and consistent communication on all payroll matters.
  • Educate employees on payroll processes, tax regulations, and SSB entitlements.

5. Others

  • Conduct orientation for new joiner related with payroll, leave and, SSB.                                                                                                                                                        
  • Prepare monthly OT report, Payroll report.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
  • Assist yearly budget preparation.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any graduated or Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with strong focus on payroll, tax, and benefits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws, tax regulations, and SSB requirements.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ablility to travel to other business locations is necessary.
