  • Analyst the market and make strategic purchase plan for the business
  • Manage the sourcing areas sand supply capabilities to achieve the target supply capacity
  • Regular visit to the key millers/ regional area to establish trust-worthy and strong relationships and keep in touch market trends/information
  • Identity potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations and negotiate contracts and pricing terms
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreement and quality standards
  • Daily monitoring the quality of inventory fresh bran, price deductions of the team, contract balance
  • Conduct in Day-to-Day operations by cooperating with internal departments and solving the problems that happen unexpectedly
  • Analyze daily market price trends and propose the purchase price for each region weekly
  • Allocate the target volume and purchase price to the team respectively
  • Setting up and negotiating terms and conditions, standard specifications of the purchase contract
  • Research new suppliers and regions to expand the business
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function
  • Report to BU Heads about the business overview and market trends weekly/monthly

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • At least 3 plus years of raw materials procurement in rice & paddy industry
  • Proficient in English and Myanmar
  • Computer literate
  • Able to travel to regional areas
  • Be able to work hard, be positive and be honest
  • Good coordination and communication skills
