  • Analyze varietal performance and gather insights from farmers, dealers, and field teams.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with cropping patterns, agronomic practices, and regional needs.
  • Create and execute marketing plans tailored to target markets and product positioning.
  • Set pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve volume and margin objectives.
  • Support sales teams with technical briefs, marketing content, and product training.
  • Conduct market research via field visits, dealer interviews, and farmer feedback sessions.
  • Track competitor activity, market share, and pricing to refine commercial strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop forecasts, pricing, and monitor KPIs.
  • Work with R&D, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure availability and performance standards.
  • Provide market insights for varietal selection and supplier engagement.
  • regular travel within Myanmar.
  • Directly report to Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agronomy, or a related field. Additional training in Marketing is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or business development within the agriculture or seed sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar’s cropping systems, particularly in pulses and oilseeds.
  • Experience in marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of research or analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in both Burmese and English is required; proficiency in other regional languages is an advantage.
