Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with Managers, engineers, and other specialists; coordinate and tracking on internal/ external stakeholders. Manage internal team on working process and schedules. 

• Visit branches during construction and completion. Need to present in coordination meetings. 

• Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process. 

• Prepare standard SOW format and update for and preconstruction documents, and meet contract obligations by developing relationships with reliable contractors and vendors. 

• Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions. 

Required skills and qualifications 

• Three or more years of experience in managing new-construction and renovation and relocation projects. 

• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and an ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts. 

• Knowledge of scheduling methods and planning on renovation/ relocation process. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for quality. 

Preferred skills and qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering (Civil engineering or related field). 

• Ability to communicate with relevant stakeholders. 

• Profession ion, such as CCM (certified construction manager). PMP (at least certified in preparation course).  

• Working knowledge of Myanmar building codes al certificat.
