  • Supporting the sales force with Sales administrative works (Such as data entry, sales data analysis, distribution trucking, calculation on Sales Incentive)
  • Develop monthly sales report
  • Maintain and update the record

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines

  • Prepare documentation for the sales department

  • Any Graduated, business administration or similar preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel), Internet, Email, etc.,
  • Must have strong data analysis skills.
  • Good knowledge in statistics and accounting.
  • Must be honest, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
  • Must have good organizational skills.
