Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of sales-focused operational schedules and ensure alignment with company targets.
Review and compile Daily, Weekly, and Monthly operational reports and present insights to Management.
Lead the General Trade Supervisors and Sales Teams, ensuring adherence to company policies, operational discipline, and performance standards.
Provide guidance and support to the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Visit market areas regularly to observe operations, coach team members, and suggest process improvements.
Coordinate daily delivery plans, route rosters, and resource allocation to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Communicate effectively with both potential and existing trade partners/outlets, maintaining strong business relationships.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

Any degree. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations or field team management.
Proven experience in managing field sales teams and supervising regional operations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse sales operations team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
Willing to travel regularly for market visits.
