Experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in Myanmar
Have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement, with a focus on driving efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall supply chain performance
This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans and initiatives to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and enhance supply chain efficiency
Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products/services
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, finance, and production, to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, andcoordinate supply chain activities to meet customer requirements
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to optimize costs and ensure quality and reliability of supply
Implement supply chain best practices, processes, and systems to streamline operations, improve productivity, and mitigate risks throughout the supply chain lifecycle

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the [industry/sector] industry
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics operations, and procurement processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
Fluency in English and Myanmar language
