Purpose:
Join ONOW Myanmar in the development of our innovative and exciting training, coaching and education tools. The Training Specialist will design, coordinate and deliver high-impact training experiences for a broad range of programs in the areas of: Financial Inclusion, Small and Growing Business, and Digital Literacy.

Key Activities:
The Training Specialist (TS) has primary responsibility for the successful delivery of ONOW training programs. This includes training logistics, staff coordination, curriculum development, and monitoring and evaluation. The TS monitors and evaluates program effectiveness, and works with the Management team to continually improve ONOW training services. Activities include:

- Training design and customization (according to client needs)
- Curriculum development and adaptation
- Travel logistics planning
- Training team coordination
- Training program monitoring and evaluation
- Field visits
- Research

PERFORM OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS NECESSARY

Reporting and Management
This position reports directly to the Project Managers with oversight from the Director team. The Trainer will base in ONOW’s Yangon Office, but expected to travel regularly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- 2 years experience in training small groups
- Preferred: Experience giving Small business and/or Financial Skills training
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work some Saturdays or Sundays
- Strong spoken and written English
- Typing in English and Burmese
