• Plan, organize, and manage warehouse operations to achieve inventory accuracy
and delivery performance goals.
• Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods according to company
procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate regular cycle counts and annual stocktaking.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse
activities.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance (inventory accuracy, order fulfillment
rate, etc.).
• Comply with fire safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with Finance for stock valuation and audits.
• Work closely with Procurement for material planning and delivery schedules.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar warehouse management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in inventory control, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel & Word.

• Excellent planning, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, safety standards, and best
practices.
• English proficiency (both written and spoken) is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,
Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
• A professional certificate or diploma in Warehouse or Logistics Management will
be an added advantage.
