Core Responsibility – AI Prompt Engineering & Creative Generation

• Design, test, and optimize AI prompts for visuals, motion, video, audio, and multimodal content
• Perform reverse prompting to analyze and improve output consistency and quality
• Ensure persistent visual, character, motion, and style consistency across frames, scenes, and shots
• Develop AI‑generated content suitable for commercial campaigns, brand storytelling, events, and product launches

AI Modeling, Training & Agents

• Build, fine‑tune, and deploy custom AI models for visual, character, motion, audio, and video generation
• Perform AI data preparation and training, including dataset curation, labeling, and refinement
• Develop and manage AI agents for automated creative tasks, workflow execution, and content generation
• Support multi‑agent systems for scalable creative production

Creative AI Production (Commercial & Campaign Use)

• Generate AI‑based motion visuals, videos, animations, sound, voices, and effects
• Produce AI content for:
  • Advertising campaigns
  • Brand visuals
  • Event screens & show content
  • Product launch communication
  • Social media and digital platforms

Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Creative, and Production teams to translate concepts into AI‑generated assets

• Vibe Coding & AI Workflow Development
• Apply Vibe Coding techniques to control creative outputs through prompt logic, parameters, and AI behavior tuning
• Design scalable AI workflows combining prompting, agents, and automation
• Integrate AI tools into existing creative pipelines for faster production cycles

Tools, Platforms & Innovation

• Operate and compare enterprise and community versions of popular AI tools and services
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements for creative production
• Maintain documentation for prompts, workflows, AI agents, and models

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university, institute, or training school related to AI Marketing, AI Vibe Coding & Creating

• Candidates with certificates or professional training in Marketing, Art, Design, or related creative fields are highly preferred

• Educational background in Creative Media, Multimedia, Advertising, or Digital Content will be an advantage

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in AI Project creating, developing, executing.
• Prior experience working in Marketing, Brand, Advertising, Creative Agency, or Media Production environments is preferred
• Experience producing content for digital marketing campaigns, commercials, or promotional projects
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video projects, and AI design work
• Strong expertise in AI Prompt Engineering for visual, motion, video, and audio generation
• Advanced skills in Reverse Prompt Engineering to analyze, refine, and optimize outputs
• Experience with Vibe Coding techniques to control AI behavior, style, consistency, and creativity
• Ability to maintain persistent characters, visual identity, motion, and style across each frame and scene.
• In‑depth knowledge of AI video and motion generation for commercial, campaign, and event use
• Strong understanding of:
  • Frame‑by‑frame continuity
  • Character and object consistency
  • Scene flow, timing, and cinematic motion
• Experience generating AI‑based visuals, animations, and videos suitable for advertising, branding, and events
