6. Participate in development of long-range sales planning and growth strategies
7. Follow to do the call plan (daily, weekly, monthly) to gain for customers satisfaction
8. Offer a full range of services to new and current customers
9. Co-ordinate with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction
10. Maintain frequent contact with existing customer
11. Follow up with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction was achieved

- Qualification of sales and marketing
- At least 3 - 4 years of increasingly responsible sales, marketing or customer-contact experience in a sales-related field, preferably in the FMCG or Beverages industry.

- Excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy
- Strong business acumen
- Relish a challenge and work well within a competitive environment
