Assistant Officer/ Officer, Employee Relations is responsible for coordinating and supporting employee relations initiatives that foster a positive work environment, promote PTTEP's values and culture, and strengthen relationships between the company and employees. The role supports employee engagement activities, grievance handling, labor relations, internal communications, staff retention programs, company events, and Welfare Committee administration while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Key Accountabilities:
• Coordinate and support employee relations initiatives and engagement programs to promote a positive work environment, strengthen employee relationships, and reinforce PTTEP's values and culture.
• Support the implementation of employee engagement, internal communication, and staff retention programs.
• Coordinate and organize company events and employee engagement activities, including staff parties, town halls, and other corporate events.
• Provide support to employees on employee relations matters.
• Support in Corporate Culture initiatives by coordinating and implementing corporate programs and activities.
• Coordinate employee welfare assistance activities to strengthen relationships between the company and employees.
• Coordinate employee resignation process.
• Monitor updates to labor laws, labor regulations, and labor relations practices, and assist in communicating relevant information to employees.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies and external parties on labor-related matters as assigned.
• Coordinate Workplace Coordinating Committee meetings, prepare meeting materials and minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain employee relations records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company requirements.
• Coordinate employee health and wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate employee engagement programs to promote employee well-being and a positive workplace culture.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
