Manage end-to-end importation and customs clearance processes to ensure timely and compliant delivery of products.
Oversee Purchase Order (PO) processing and coordinate with suppliers, principals, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely procurement activities.
Liaise with Head Office Import Team & Finance regarding import licenses, shipment documentation, payments, and customs clearance requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, third party agents and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth import operations and timely resolution of shipment-related issues.
Monitor inventory levels, analyze stock movement, and provide recommendations and discuss with Marketing teams monthly to optimize inventory availability and minimize stock shortages or excess inventory.
Prepare and maintain supply chain reports, import status updates, and inventory analysis for management review and decision-making.
Support the Supply Chain Manager in achieving departmental objectives, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards related to supply chain and import operations.
Perform other duties and special projects assigned by management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Import/Export, or related functions.
Experience in pharmaceutical distribution or healthcare industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Accounting (Supply Chain/Logistics diploma or certification preferred).
Strong grasp of supply chain, importation, customs clearance, inventory management, ERP systems, and pharma regulatory requirements (advantage).
Analytical problem-solving, planning, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with suppliers and government authorities.
Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency, MS Office, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
