Job Purpose:

Direct & Oversee fault handling, rectification & preventive maintenance of ATOM Myanmar network under the designated cluster interacting with the managed service provider and different tower companies, optical fiber companies, and suppliers to ensure quality network at the most efficient Operational expenses through proper governance. Be a focal person dealing with site access, lease contract extension, landlords’ demands and network complaints’ management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of daily network operation to achieve targeted network availability within the cluster
• Working to improve network experience in terms of quality and coverage
• Own the OPEX optimization of the cluster.
• Finding the solution with central/MS teams to get protection for critical Hub outage
• Sorting out problematic issues for site including access and infra/power, fiber routes, VSAT and MW related cases
• Working together with GR & Corporate Security to reduce risk and safe movement of team
• Restoration of network down sites and fiber cut
• Managing MS partner, tower co, fiber co, VSAT team and power vendor to ensure the operation, preventive maintenance, and initiative-taking measures
• Technology SPOC for cluster business team
• Regular reporting to and meeting with business team for network related.
• Identifying market demand and coordinating with central teams for solution design and rollout
• Visiting the market and complaint locations to meet network experience as per customers’ demand
• Working together with project and other vendor teams for new sites rollout and network/power expansion
• Own the Low Utilization Towers and coordinate with business teams, identify network and business actions and follow up progress to increase utilization of the sites.
• Support central team for extension of land leasing and other site related cases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably at Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunications discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field

• Radio & Transmission knowledge

Other requirements

• Ability to travel.
• Ability to do the job place rotation.
• Chinese language proficiency (Fluent)
