  • Lead and supervise the Corporate Sales Executive team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement B2B Sales strategics aligned with company objectives and market condition
  • Drive revenue growth across DIA, Internet Leased Line (ILL), and managed business service portfolios. 
  • Make key corporate accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Identify and pursure new enterprise business oppotunities through market mapping and networking.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Coordinate with technical, service delivery, and finance team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline reviews for management.
  • Analyze competitor activity, customer needs, market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Represent MGT at industry events, corporate presentations, and clients meetings.

- Any Bachelor Degree and preferable Business Management or Marketing related Degree or Diploma.
- Working proficiency in English Language.
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in corporate/B2B Telecom Sales, including 2 years in leadership role in ISP or Telecom.
- Strong leadership ad team management skills, with an in-depth understanding of telecom and ISP solutions, particularly within a corporate-focused approach.
