We are looking for five Educational Consultants to join Auston, Wall Street English, and Logiscool Myanmar in Yangon and Mandalay. The role focuses on supporting student enrollment and renewals by providing effective consultation on our programs, maintaining strong relationships with students and parents, and ensuring a positive learning journey. The position will also support sales planning, customer service, event coordination, and general administrative tasks while collaborating closely with the academic and school teams to achieve overall school targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Effectiveness (New & Renewed)

Demonstrate a strong understanding of products and methods.
Master presentation and closing skills to meet sales targets.
Prepare and execute a monthly sales plan for maximum impact.
Maintain accurate records in the school information system.
Guide new students in using school applications and engage with parents to build trust.


2. Customer Service

Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout their journey.
Report important feedback, complaints, and prospects to the School Manager.
Prepare and distribute necessary materials for students.


3. Event Coordination

Assist in preparing materials and supporting external events as assigned.
Provide consultation at events and assist with extracurricular activities when available.


4. General Administration

Manage school assets, materials, and general purchases.
Maintain a tidy, safe, and hygienic school environment.
Handle daily cash collection and bank deposits per school procedures.


5. Collaboration

Foster strong teamwork between sales and academic teams.
Attend required meetings and support cross-functional collaboration.
