Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Trade Marketing, and relevant healthcare channels to enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.
Manage Nutrition and OTC product portfolios, ensuring strong brand positioning, competitive differentiation, and sustainable business growth.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to identify market opportunities and emerging category trends.
Drive new product development (NPD), product innovation, packaging development, and successful product launches.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to strengthen brand visibility, product distribution, and promotional effectiveness across pharmacy, modern trade, and traditional trade channels.
Develop strategic partnerships and compliant promotional activities with pharmacies, healthcare professionals, and relevant business partners.
Manage annual marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance, and optimize marketing investment to achieve business KPIs.
Ensure all brand communications, product claims, and promotional materials comply with applicable healthcare and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's degree prefers in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or related fields. MBA is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a Brand Manager or equivalent brand management role.
Proven experience in Nutrition, OTC, Pharmaceutical, Health Supplements, or Consumer Healthcare products is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of consumer healthcare market dynamics, pharmacy channels, consumer behavior, and healthcare marketing practices.
Demonstrated experience in brand strategy development, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, trade marketing, market research, and competitive analysis.
Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, budget management, and problem-solving capabilities.
Good command of written and spoken English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
