  • Manage daily accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) and present them to management.
  • Ensure the company complies with all federal, state, and local financial regulations and implements strong internal controls.
  • Regularly reviews Cash Flow analysis and ensures proper placement of funds to achieve optimum yields.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage the preparation for financial audits. Oversee tax planning and ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor expenditures against the budget.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the accounting team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support company decision-making.
