Corporate & Operational Decision Support

• Support management in translating operational and cost data into actionable insights
• Analyze production, supply chain, and cost performance to support decisionmaking
• Identify cost inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across business processes
• Support evaluation of operational changes and their financial impact

Cost & Financial Analysis

• Develop and maintain standard costing systems for products and operations
• Perform actual vs standard cost variance analysis and investigate deviations
• Apply costing methodologies including standard costing and ABC costing
• Analyze product, process, and project profitability to support management decisions
• Evaluate cost drivers affecting production efficiency and supply chain performance

Activity-Based Costing (ABC) Support

• Support identification of cost pools (production, maintenance, logistics, breakdownrelated activities)
• Define and maintain cost drivers (machine hours, labor hours, production volume, breakdown frequency)
• Allocate overhead costs based on activity consumption
• Ensure ABC results align with standard costing structure for accurate reporting
• Support periodic review and refinement of cost driver assumptions

Analytical & Statistical Application

• Apply analytical techniques to interpret cost and operational data
• Perform trend analysis and scenario comparisons for cost behavior
• Support sensitivity analysis on key cost drivers (e.g., production volume, breakdown impact)
• Build structured cost models to support forecasting and planning

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Gather and document business requirements for cost and operational improvements
• Map current processes (production, supply chain, costing flow)
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Support “asis vs to-be” process analysis for operational changes
• Conduct root cause analysis for cost and performance issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in cost accounting or financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, ABC costing, and cost behavior analysis
• Good understanding of supply chain and operational cost drivers
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Ability to apply business statistics and financial analysis techniques
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in reporting and financial modeling
• Knowledge of BI tools is an advantage
