Job Summary
Red Mountain Estate Vineyards & Winery is seeking a creative Digital Content Creator to craft engaging digital stories that showcase our brand, products, and guest experiences. Based in Nyaungshwe, Shan State, this role supports marketing efforts across social and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
● Create compelling photo, video, and written content for social media, website, and digital campaigns.
● Plan and publish content that reflects the winery brand, seasonal events, products, and visitor experiences.
● Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to gather ideas, stories, and on-site content.
● Edit and optimize content for clarity, visual appeal, engagement, and platform best practices.
● Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to grow audience reach and interaction.
● Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all digital communication channels.

● Proven experience creating digital content for social media, websites, or marketing campaigns.
● Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to brand tone and audience engagement.
● Ability to produce or coordinate basic photo and video content using modern digital tools.
● Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling, and digital marketing best practices.
● Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for promotional and lifestyle content.
● Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content tasks and deadlines.
● Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented work style.
● Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, food and beverage, or winery marketing is an advantage.
