Drive new user acquisition and registration.
Support merchant/MMQR onboarding activities.
Educate customers on Wave products and services.
Drive customer engagement and transaction activation.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly acquisition KPIs
Conduct daily field activities and submit activity/performance reports.
Support POSM deployment and brand visibility activities
Participate in events, activations and BAU marketing activities as assigned

Minimum High School education for Marketing Promotors; Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred for Supervisors.
Experience in sales, promotion, customer service, or field marketing is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Confident in approaching customers and explaining products/services clearly.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Willingness to work outdoors at various locations, including markets, public areas, community events, and activation sites.
Flexible to travel and work according to event and activation schedules.
Physically able to stand and work for extended periods during field activities.
