This role is responsible for ensuring the stability and effectiveness of business systems, driving digital transformation, and leveraging technology to improve business performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the support and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.
• Partner with business functions to deliver technology solutions that enhance efficiency and business performance.
• Manage ERP systems, enterprise applications, integrations, and digital transformation projects.
• Drive AI, automation, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives to create measurable business value.
• Oversee system governance, security, data quality, and compliance with IT standards.
• Manage vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery and service excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing enterprise applications team.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP systems, business applications, or digital solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Experience working in a multinational or cross-functional environment.

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Experience with enterprise application support, system implementation, integration, and business process improvement.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Fabric).
• Experience with automation technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or RPA.
• Understanding of data governance, APIs, system integration, and IT service management (ITIL knowledge is an advantage).
• Familiarity with AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI, is a plus.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Myanmar.
• Demonstrates accountability, collaboration, integrity, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Additional

• ITIL, Microsoft, or Project Management certifications are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally when required.
