The Assistant Manager/Manager, Growth Marketing & Analytics will support revenue planning through data analytics, product performance assessment, revenue and marketing KPI monitoring. The role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, driving reporting automation, and delivering actionable business insights that improve revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze Revenue and Commercial KPIs to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product performance to identify potential business opportunities and risks.
• Take ownership of data accuracy and quality, ensuring that business data, analysis, and reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Take ownership of reporting automation and analytical capabilities, driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and support better decision-making.
• Automate and optimize recurring reports and dashboards using BI and analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency and accessibility.
• Support revenue planning activities through data analysis, product assessment, and performance reporting.
• Support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives by providing analysis, business case evaluations, and post-launch performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment and reporting consistency.
• Support ad-hoc assignments from the direct manager and management team, completing them in a timely manner and adapting to changing business priorities as needed.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Deep business acumen with a solid understanding of telecom KPIs and performance drivers
• Experience in marketing analytics or business analysis
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, PostgreSQL and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of telecom products and KPIs.
• Experience in reporting automation and BI implementation.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science

Experience

• Assistant Manager: 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, commercial analysis, revenue planning, or related roles.
• Exposure to the telecommunications industry is preferred
• Manager: More than 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, commercial analysis, revenue planning, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering analytical insights that support business growth and commercial performance.
