A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. Providing administrative support for Board of Directors meetings, Board members, Directors’ development programmes, Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Company’s events.
  2. Providing administrative support to Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee & Business Development & Management Committee.
  3. Supporting communications, submissions, disclosures, and compliance matters with regulatory authorities and governing bodies, including SECM, YSX, DICA, and MyCO.
  4. Leading the preparation, development, and publication of the Company's Annual Report and supporting other corporate publications and website updates.
  5. Write up the minutes of meeting (MOM) of the project related meetings to report the Top Management.
  6. Preparing governance-related documents, records, disclosures, and reference materials, including Pwint Thit Sa Transparency Reporting requirements.
  7. Supporting Governance and Compliance Committee activities and related compliance matters.
  8. Arrangement of transportation, visa, lodging, venue sites & meal for the top management’s business trips.
  9. Arrange and coordinate HOD Meeting Bi-Weekly.
  10. Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by Top Management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, Corporate Governance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Executive Office, Corporate Secretariat, Board Affairs, Compliance, Administration, or related functions.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Myanmar.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Experience in listed companies, corporate governance, or regulatory compliance will be an advantage.
