Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees, offering support and addressing concerns to maintain strong relationships.
Provide guidance on brand standards, operational procedures, and performance metrics together with operation team.
Address franchisee concerns, challenges, and inquiries to maintain a positive and collaborative relationship
Organize regular check-ins, calls, or meetings with franchisees to monitor progress, share best practices, and maintain strong communication
Proactive approach to prospects & manages to consult with potential franchisee from upcoming inquiry.
Conduct an on-site evaluation of the prospective location for New Stores. Capture comprehensive video and photographic documentation, detailing the building, its surroundings, nearby commercial entities, and demographic characteristics.
Support franchisees in expanding their businesses by identifying opportunities for growth, new markets, or additional locations.
Facilitate interview sessions on new staff’s recruitment for New Stores.
Negotiate and arrange Site check with contractor and Franchisee for Quotation Process.
Assist in onboarding new franchisees, ensuring that franchisees receive proper training on operational procedures, compliance with franchise guidelines
Identify areas of improvement or potential issues and work with franchisees to implement corrective actions.
Making bridge to be smooth operation between company and Franchisee.
Identify and engage prospects at various stages of readiness—potential, likely, and prepared to sign—by leveraging multiple social media platforms

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Any graduate, Business Communication knowledge background will be advantage.
Strong communication skills both written and oral and intermediate experience with computers and software like Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3+ years Experiences upon relationship or communication Manager (retail environment preferred).
Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
Must have good stamina and can work under pressure.
Good with time management, must be obedient & result-oriented person.
