MARKETING EXECUTIVE – MANDALAY

Location: Mandalay, Myanmar
About the Role

Elevate Education is looking for an experienced, creative, and hands-on Marketing Executive – Mandalay to lead local marketing activities and support marketing initiatives across Upper Myanmar.

The role covers content, social media, short-form video, events, outreach, campaigns, and lead generation. The successful candidate should be proactive, independent, and able to turn marketing ideas into action.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute local marketing activities in Mandalay.
• Develop content ideas, social media posts, and short-form videos.
• Plan and execute events, seminars, fairs, activations, and campaigns.
• Drive marketing-generated leads and monitor campaign performance.
• Conduct local outreach to schools, universities, communities, and organizations.
• Research local market trends, competitors, influencers, and marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Commercial, Partnership, and Mandalay teams.
• Manage event logistics, vendors, materials, and on-site execution.
• Capture and properly hand over leads to the Commercial Team.
• Prepare marketing and event performance reports.
• Support Head Office campaigns while maintaining brand standards.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekend events, occasional evening activities, early event setup, and frequent business travel may be required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in social media, content, events, digital marketing, outreach, or lead generation.
• Experience independently executing marketing activities is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic short-form video creation/editing skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple activities.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and digital marketing tools.
• Good Burmese and functional English communication skills.
• Willing to travel frequently across Upper Myanmar.
• Comfortable with occasional evening and weekend activities.
