1. Strategy & Business Growth
· Develop and execute the bancassurance strategy in alignment with overall company goals
· Drive premium growth, profitability, and market share through bank partnerships
· Identify new bancassurance opportunities and expand distribution footprint
2. Partnership Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks at senior leadership level
· Negotiate commercial agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance targets
· Act as the key liaison between KBZMS and partner banks
3. Sales & Performance Management
· Set sales targets and KPIs for bancassurance channel
· Monitor performance and drive initiatives to achieve targets
· Design and implement sales campaigns and incentive programs
4. Product & Process Development
· Collaborate with Product and Underwriting teams to develop bancassurance-specific products
· Ensure products are simple, competitive, and suitable for bank customers
· Optimize sales processes and customer journey
5. Training & Capability Building
· Develop training programs for bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques
· Build a strong sales culture within partner banks
· Provide ongoing coaching and support
6. Risk & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
· Manage operational and reputational risks within bancassurance channel
7. Team Leadership
· Lead and develop the bancassurance team
· Set clear goals, provide coaching, and drive high performance culture.
