The HR Executive will support day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment

Business Metrics
• Accuracy and timeliness of HR documentation and employee records
• Recruitment coordination efficiency (shortlisting, interview scheduling, onboarding)
• Compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
• Support provided to HR Manager in employee management and HR operations
Area of Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment processes, including CV screening, interview coordination, and
onboarding
• Maintain and update employee personal files, contracts, and HR records
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and support basic payroll data preparation
• Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Provide administrative support to HR Manager and department heads
