Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all Products / License Training programs.
  • Joint Field Work
  • Assess training needs by developing schedules.
  • Conduct employee surveys and interviews to gather insights.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and HOD
  • Collect and track data from various stakeholders.
  • Utilize data and research to conceptualize training materials.
  • Communicate training requirements to content developers and contribute to development efforts.

    TRAINER – Duties & responsibilities
  • Manage Induction/License Training
  • Develop schedule to assess training needs.
  • Conduct employee surveys and interviews.
  • Consult with other trainers, general managers.
  • Track and compile collected data from various stakeholders
  • Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
  • Deliver training to participants.
  • Communicate training needs to the content developer and assist in developing.
  • Create training strategies, initiatives, and delivery plans.
  • Develop training plan and organize to accomplish it.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor degree in any related field (Master Degree preferred);
  • 2 years’ experience in teaching & training field is must.
  • More than 25 years of Age.
  • Interest and passion for training.
  • Financial & Insurance training experiences will be preferred.
  • English Proficiency is must.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office application (Word, PowerPoint, · Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
  • Good training delivery skill
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal & written communication skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • High energy level & good interpersonal relationship with all levels and partners
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
