Job Summary
Green Nature Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is looking for an IT professional to support hardware, software, and network operations in a fast-paced garment manufacturing environment. The role ensures reliable systems, quick issue resolution, and smooth daily work for all users.

Key Responsibilities
● Provide first-line support for PCs, printers, network devices, fingerprint systems, and office software.
● Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly to reduce downtime and keep operations moving.
● Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, user accounts, and essential IT tools.
● Support data backup, routine system maintenance, and preventive checks to ensure stable performance.
● Assist employees with IT requests and follow up clearly, professionally, and in a timely manner.
● Coordinate with vendors and senior IT staff for repairs, replacements, and issue escalations.
● Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, solutions, assets, and support activities for tracking.

● Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
● Prior IT support experience is an advantage; motivated candidates are welcome to apply.
● Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, printers, and common office applications.
● Familiar with LAN, internet connectivity, and basic troubleshooting methods.
● Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
● Able to communicate clearly with users and work well in a team environment.
● Responsible, proactive, and able to manage tasks in a manufacturing setting.
● Must be based in or willing to work in Hlaingtharya, Yangon.
