  • Maintain and troubleshoot all hardware and software systems (computers, POS, servers, etc.)
  • Ensure data backups and system security protocols are followed
  • Regularly check the company website for errors, slow performance, or broken links.
  • Install and upgrade systems and software when needed
  • Manage IT inventory and procurement
  • Coordinate with web developers or designers for updates or fixes.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining new digital tools or platforms (e.g. inventory system, ERP, POS, accounting software).
  • Support the marketing team with tools like Google Workspace, email campaign platforms, or social media integrations.
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to resolve any tech-related issues.
