Operational Leadership: Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring all shipments comply with company policies and international/local regulations.

Tender & Cost Management: Lead the preparation of logistics technical specs and cost-benefit analysis for tender submissions; negotiate rates with vendors to optimize the budget.

Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage performance KPIs for transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse providers.

Strategic Tracking: Implement advanced tracking systems to monitor cargo movement and proactively resolve bottlenecks or customs delays.

Inventory & Compliance: Audit inventory records and ensure all documentation (Import/Export licenses, DO, Invoices, BL) is 100% compliant and digitally archived.

Process Improvement: Analyze logistics data to identify trends and implement strategies to reduce transit times and operational costs.

Reporting: Present monthly logistics performance reports and warehouse utilization metrics to senior management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree and Diploma is a Plus (Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management)

Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in logistics, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory capacity.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo).

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Must be able to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
