• Organize and supervise to all the employees at warehouse who have to follows their respective SOP and job description.
• Supervising day-to-day office work and warehouse activities.
• Preparing and allocation the resources based on workload
• Planning, organizing, manpower allocation based on daily store orders and activities within FEFO (first expired first out) procedure to ensure that picking accuracy and hit the target in line with delivery route plan
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations activities (receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, and ensuring daily replenishment in line with system (move stocks from bulk location to pick location) in order to be ready to pick consolidation and dispatching)
• Ensure the warehouse area are clean and tidy
• Ensure stocks are always accurate between system and ground
• Ensure spot counting task is mandatory to be done by daily basic.
• Ensure all system transactions are cleared at the end of the business day without any fail
• Ensuring that all warehouse equipment is working properly and that safety procedures are followed
• Control and monitor the staff’s attendance and overtime
• Control and monitor enforcement of rules and regulations for all staff
• Strictly control on time delivery to store with right quantity and SKU to right store at right time, the right quantity, avoiding wastages.
• Arrange the DC storage capacity, storage layout plan, transport mode, Distribution and inventory management.
• Inspect and arrange to warehouse facilities such as equipment, lighting, table, Stationary and other properties for lost, need and enough over.
• Check and monitor aging stocks, near expired stock, expiry stocks, damage stocks and report to DC management by weekly
• Keeping record to PO/Transfer/DO/Return / Exchange, signature, and location complete of concerning documents.
• Reporting to DC management (Inbound report, Outbound report, Daily inventory report, Daily cycle count report, Return and Exchange report, Attendance and Overtime report, admin and office stationery usage report.
• Engage and fully support to regular audit and stock counting
• Minimize the cost and maximize the productivity by controlling and monitoring of daily operating cost
