PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This role executes national TM plans at branch level with strong focus on quality, timeline, sales alignment, PICOS execution and monitoring, POSM/signage, fridge monitoring, BA deployment, regional activation, sponsorship events, market feedback, and monthly reporting to TM. 

Role focus: Region-based execution role converting national TM plans into branch actions, ensuring PICOS compliance, on-time implementation, quality checks, sales alignment, market feedback and monthly TM updates. 

RESPONSIBILITY

• Branch-level execution for PICOS, POSM, signage, fridge monitoring, BA, activations, sponsorship events, market feedback, TM updates and monthly reporting
• Owns regional execution follow-up and issue escalation; does not own national strategy, pricing, promotion mechanics or final approvals
• Connects TM, Sales, suppliers, BA teams and agencies to align branch execution and market feedback
• Delivers timely execution, PICOS/fridge monitoring, quality checks, corrective actions, TM updates and monthly presentation/reporting
• Coordinates with Sales, suppliers, BA teams and agencies to deliver quality implementation, monitor PICOS/fridge compliance and provide regular TM reporting

• Bachelor Degree preferably related to Business Management
• Minimum 2–3 years in sales execution, trade marketing, activation, merchandising, PICOS/fridge monitoring, POSM, BA coordination, signage, event activation or FMCG field execution
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
