• ပညာအရည်အချင်း: B.A / B.Sc (သို့မဟုတ်) ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ (Sales & Marketing Diploma / Degree ရရှိထားသူများကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။)

• လုပ်သက်အတွေ့အကြုံ: Furniture Manufacturing, Interior Decoration သို့မဟုတ် Construction Contractor Industry တွင် Marketing Manager (သို့မဟုတ်) Senior Supervisor အဆင့်ဖြင့် အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ်မှ (၅) နှစ်အထက် လုပ်သက်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• B2B Corporate Sales နှင့် Interior Project မားအား Deal စကားပြောဆို ဆွေးနွေးနိုင်သည့် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

1) Team Leadership Skill နှင့် Problem-Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။

2) ဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Customer Relationship Management ပိုင်းတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။

3) Computer (MS Office, Presentation, CRM) သုံးစွဲနိုင်မှုနှင့် အင်္ဂလိပ်စာ အခြေခံ ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။

• ဦးစားပေးအချက်: Technical Drawings (Interior Design / Furniture Layouts) များကို အခြေခံအားဖြင့် နားလည်သဘောပေါက်သူဖြစ်ပါက ပိုမိုဦးစားပေးမည်။
