Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand growth for Thin Shwe Sin Gold & Jewellery in Yangon. You will shape engaging campaigns, strengthen customer engagement, and support sales through creative, data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for Marketing Managemenr Online & Offline
● Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote jewellery collections and drive customer interest.
● Manage brand positioning, promotional materials, and in-store or digital marketing activities.
● Coordinate with sales, design, and management teams to align campaigns with business goals.
● Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to improve marketing results.
● Oversee social media, content, and advertising efforts to enhance brand visibility.
● Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.

Age - Under 35
● Proven experience in marketing, preferably in retail, luxury, or jewellery-related industries.
● Strong understanding of brand promotion, digital marketing, and campaign management.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and team coordination skills.
● Creative thinking with strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
● Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital marketing tools.
