•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or an equivalent technical certification.
•Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or IT Service Desk environment.
•Shift Flexibility: Mandatory availability to work in a continuous 24/7/365 rotational shift pattern (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
•Technical Skills: Foundational understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing), server operating systems (Windows/Linux), and ITIL frameworks.
•Tools: Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) is highly preferred.
•Soft Skills: Excellent situational awareness, sharp attention to detail, and clear written communication skills for documentation.
