🔹Manage and maintain the Odoo ERP system (installation, configuration, and daily operations)
🔹Create/update user accounts and manage access permissions
🔹Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshoot system issues
🔹Configure and maintain modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and HR
🔹Ensure data accuracy and generate reports as required
🔹Assist with system upgrades, testing, and new module implementations
🔹Maintain system documentation and provide user training
🔹Coordinate with developers/vendors for system improvements and bug fixes
🔹Perform system backup and ensure security control

🔹Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
🔹1–3 years of experience in Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems (or strong basic knowledge)

🔹Basic knowledge of systems and database concepts
🔹Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
🔹Good communication and user support skills
🔹Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting
