• Manage nationwide Own Shop operations, sales, inventory, visibility and budget.• Guide and support Shop PICs to ensure smooth operations and KPI achievement.• Coordinate and resolve operational issues with State & Regional PICs (RCL-2/RBI).• Monitor shop performance, inventory, customer service and compliance.• Provide training, coaching and mentoring to Shop PICs and staff.• Handle specific projects and other duties assigned by Management.
