PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

• Identify and translate business demands/requirements into analytics use cases; support analytics projects and the implementation of solutions across the business and ensure value creation for the business
• Design and implement BI solutions & platforms making data accessible to key business stakeholders in one place
• Support data driven decision making by representing complex combinations of data and analyses, design, and develop highly visual and informative dashboards and reports and making multi-dimensional data understandable and actionable
• This role is part of Data & Analytics Team within Digital & Technology function of HEINEKEN Myanmar that gives dedication to the Digital Transformation
• The Data & Analytics team’s core purpose is to help accelerate, mobilize, and orchestrate Heineken’s journey to becoming the best-connected brewer by enabling data driven insights & decisions at speed to drive E2E thinking & greater value to our consumers, customers & employees

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify the analytics use cases and achieve the business values defined

• Articulate analytics propositions to business stakeholders, and collaborate with the business to identify and scope new use case opportunities, defines the BI product MVP
• Work with the teams to confirm assumptions and ensure models and outputs will meet business requirements and achieve the business values defined

Data Harmonization and Data Governance

• Work closely with master data steward and data engineers from APAC regional Analytic Hub to harmonize dataset at Data Lake as single repository for analytic cases
• Support the Data Engineer in setting & executing standards relating to Data Architecture, Data Governance, Business Ownership, Definitions and Data Quality
• Maintain BI tools and develop/update technical documentation

Design and deliver sustainable & user-friendly business intelligence services

• Utilize Microsoft Power Bi drive one source of truth and centralize performance reporting
• Create a suite of dashboards to track performance and identify commercial opportunities for growth
• Implement solutions on BI platforms and tooling in close collaboration with relevant business key stakeholders
• Continuously work closely with business leads into improve existing Power Bi Dashboards and eliminate manual reporting

Be a data driven business partner

• Define opportunities and strategy for HEINEKEN’s ‘future’ capability building of BI reporting
• Support our BI Community with technical training & capability building
• Connect with peers in other OpCos and global to drive continuous improvement & learning
• Help business partner on analytics upskilling and data literacy

Education, Experiences & Other Qualifications

• Bachelor in MIS, statistic, engineering, information technology or a related discipline
• 3+ years of working experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science and related field
• Background in FMCG/financial institution is preferred

Functional Skills

• Good command in English, both written and spoken
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Advanced analytics skills such as SQL, Ms Excel, and Python
• Experience in ETL project to transforming raw data into meaningful data format
• Well understanding on data preparation and data warehousing such as Azure Data Lake and Synapse
• Experienced in Microsoft BI stack with Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS
• Hands on experience on developing Power Bi Dashboards as service for business stakeholders
• Expert level knowledge in visualization tools, preferably Microsoft Power Bi
