A Good Opportunity for ..

Supervise set-up SKD Manufacturing production line.
Coordinate directly with the Logistics and Warehouse departments to ensure SKD kits, fasteners, and local source components are ready at the line just-in-time.
Coordinate and cooperate with other sections within factory.
Supervise design and implement localized training programs to upgrade the technical skills of the line supervisors and assembly operators.
Supervise production performance KPIs, SOP and reports, and provide insights to senior leadership for strategic planning and operational excellence.
Supervise, motivate, and manage line supervisors and assembly operators.
Supervise Labor allocations, shift schedule, and overtime control to keep production cost-effective.
Supervise and maintain 5s standards and safety regulations on the automotive production line.

Bachelor of Engineering (MP, EP, MC) or related field (advanced degree preferred).
8+ or 3+years of experience in automotive manufacturing environment and minimum 5 or 2 years in supervisory position.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate market trends.
Must have and intermediate level of English speaking and writing skills.
