Tasks and Responsibilities

• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Discuss and confirm technical terms (SLD and panel layouts) for the project with Technical Team
• Lead the project in accordance with design drawings and guidelines
• Provide technical guidance to the team.
• Monitor on-site installation, testing and commissioning.
• Identify and resolve technical issues
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings (cooperate with the technical team)
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards

Accountability

• Project execution within a timeline
• Quality Assurance, Technical Accuracy and Compliance
• OSH and HSE Compliance
• Cost Control
• Communication and Coordination within the team and out sources

Authority

• Direct installation team
• Requesting support from technical team, project office and concerned organizations
• Change designs properly based on on-ground situations (discuss with the technical team)
• Project general cost changes within a limit approved by senior management
• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

• BE (Electrical Power) degree
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience related to commercial and industrial solar system or utility solar scales
• Successful project references
• Related Technical Knowledge, Basic level of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Basic Internet and Email
• Basic English Four Skills
• Project management certification is a must
