Duties & Responsibilities

1. Data center monitoring

1.1 Monitoring device performance and inform to reporting person.

1.2 Links status monitoring and provide Tier-1 technical support.

1.3 Monitor the environmental status e.g. Temperature, voltage, optical power etc.

2. Operation

2.1 Add ONT, create account and assign bandwidth profile for new customer.

2.2 Service request for SAS profile and bandwidth profile change.

2.3 Tier 1 technical diagnosis about customer complain.

2.4.Basic troubleshooting and resolution response for DIA customer after office hour.

2.5 Incident report to related persons.

2.6 Hourly bandwidth report to related persons.

3. Incident management

3.1 Do basic troubleshooting, collect required information for every incident.

3.2 Escalation process for provider (upstream, downstream, third party and internal team).

4. Environmental check

4.1 Monitor and check room temperature, airflow, physical LED alarm.

4.2 Manage site access for DC and DR sites.

• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ISP or related field.
• Must have CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of FTTH infrastructure, basic networking, and system management.
• Hands-on experience with ONT setup, FTTH complaint diagnosis, and OLT management.
• Ability to follow technical procedures accurately and work in shift schedules.
• Excellent troubleshooting and reporting skills. o Strong teamwork spirit, communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
