• Lead and coordinate project teams, oversee project setup and operations, and ensure alignment among internal teams, clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, and subcontractors regarding project requirements and objectives.
• Manage project schedules, monitor progress, identify potential risks and delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely project completion. Chair weekly and monthly progress meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Oversee technical and operational activities, including material catalogue preparation, design coordination and negotiations, procurement support, and resource planning to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project budgets, control expenditures, and optimize manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources to ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations, and site safety procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project reports and documentation in accordance with company requirements, and oversee project risks, operational performance, and corrective actions to achieve successful project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineeringor a related discipline.
• Proven experience in managing MEP or construction projects, preferably at a senior project management level.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, quality control, and risk management.
• In-depth understanding of HSE regulations and site safety procedures.
• Experience in project budgeting, cost control, procurement coordination, and resource optimization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, address project challenges, and deliver projects within established timelines and budgets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting and documentation.
