Plans, coordinates, and oversees initiatives from inception to completion.

Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards by managing cross-functional teams, allocating resources, and

mitigating potential risks.

Overall project coordination; client interface; milestone management; handover preparation; variation order management; approval sign-off.

Reviewing and accepting the transferred project from sale team and asking necessary questions; signing the handover form.

Leads and guides the project team, including senior engineers and team members.

Manages project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.

Prepares and submits regular project status reports to department head.

Creates and monitor project schedule, and controlling the overall progress and recover.

Verify that drawings prepared by drafter conform to contract specifications and relevant elevator standards.

Calculates cost impact of variations; negotiates with client; manage site issues.

Sole authority to trigger release based on site readiness and client confirmation.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• Project Management certification is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in elevator, escalator, M&E, construction, or engineering projects.
• At least 2–3 years in a Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer / Project Lead role.
• Proven experience managing projects from project handover/initiation through installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Experience managing variation orders, cost impacts, client negotiations, and project claims.
• Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, drafters, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
